When are you open?

Regular Hours

Monday – Wednesday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 12 PM – 8 PM
Friday – Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM

Prom Hours (starting January 1)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Thursday: 12 PM – 8 PM

Can I just walk in?

Yes, no appointment is necessary.

Are the dresses on your website in the store? Will you special order a dress for me?

Everything you see on the website we will have in the store, soon to arrive, or something we can order if we’ve sold out. We can special order dresses prior to April 1st.

Can you alter my dress if needed?

Yes, we have a seamstress on site who will perfectly fit your dress. We also have a list of local seamstresses in the Fox Valley area if we are unable to meet your requirements.

Will I see the same dress at my occasion?

We keep track of what dresses get sold for which specific school and occasion. We won’t sell the same dress in the same color to anyone attending your event.

Can I put a dress on hold?

From Monday to Thursday we will hold a dress for 24 hours. Over the weekend, Friday to Sunday, we can’t hold dresses.

Do you do layaway?

Yes, you can put a dress on layaway. We require a 30% down payment and will work with you to devise a payment schedule. However, if you change your mind with regard to your dress, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

What payment options are there?

Cash, check (with an ID), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
