Can I get a refund if my prom is cancelled?

Our sales policy has always been, all sales are final.

Can I just walk in?

Yes, no appointment is necessary.

I’m under 18. Do I need to shop with my parent?

In order to maintain a high standard of quality, we do not allow girls under the age of 18 to try on dresses without a parent present.

Are the dresses on your website in the store? Will you special order a dress for me?

Everything you see on our website will be available in the store, arriving soon, or can be ordered if we’ve sold out. We can special order dresses and all special orders are a final sale with payment due at the time of purchase.

Can you alter my dress if needed?

We have a list of local seamstresses in the Fox Valley area which we highly recommend.

Will I see the same dress at my occasion?

We keep track of what dresses get sold for which specific school and occasion. We won’t sell the same dress in the same color to anyone attending your event.

Can I put a dress on hold?

No, we are unable to hold dresses.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we do! A 30% deposit and a pre-determined pickup date are required.  We’ll contact you as a courtesy reminder prior to your scheduled pickup date.  The dress will be returned to stock should it not be picked up 7 days after your pickup date.  Deposits are non-refundable.

What payment options are available?

Cash, check (with an ID), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
